A ship anchored in a port has a ladder which hangs over the side. The length of the ladder is 200cm, the distance between each rung in 20cm and the bottom rung touches the water. The tide rises at a rate of 10cm an hour. When will the water reach the fifth rung?
Percussion is when we use out hands to make music and it usually has a very clear rhythm.. These guys are an excellent example of how percussion can be found all around us.. if we really look for it.. see what you think.. We did some fun body percussion work in September.. Here is a video of a choir making it rain using body percussion! We an do this too! The choir is acapella (This means the only instruments used are their voices) During September we have been learning about the Dublin Lockout. Mr Dolan will be with us for the next few weeks and today we had a lot of fun playing tag rugby with him.. we also practiced Amhrán na bhfiann(The Soldiers Song) and Ireland's call for when we win the Rugby World Cup!
